BOOKING & PAYMENT
20% of the total price is required at least a month in advance for confirmation of the tour booking. Payments may be wired or draft to be sent to our following banking addresses:

Cancellation Policy:
Treks & tours booked and subsequently cancelled are subject to cancellation charges as follow:-

30 days prior: No cancellation charge.

Within 21 days: 10%

Within 14 days: 15%

Within 7 days: 30%

Less than 7 days: 50%

No refund no shows & delay arrivals of the clients or whatsoever reason.

Travel Edge Nepalhas directed towards the fulfillment of your every desire. In this connection, we perform our duties honestly & seriously to make your journey very smooth & pleasant. However, Travel Edge Nepal or its Tibet agent shall not take any responsibility regarding any change & alternations in the itinerary due to the various reasons like unavoidable circumstances such as land-slides, road blockage, flood, snow political unrest, cancellation of flight, delay arrival, sickness or accidents because all the Tibet tours / treks are conducted strictly under the rules and regulation of Tibet Tourism Bureau. Any extra cost incurring there of shall be borne by the clients on the spots. All the clients must provided for their own insurance that adequately covers against medical and person accident risk.
